For those of you who have watched the Seahawks in the past few years know he's the NFC's answer to Lorenzo Neal, he will be sorely missed.

Yep, Alexander got a lot of yards behind Mack planting a linebacker on his ass. I'm not a Seahawks fan but I admire hard play as much as the next man. Good luck to Mack.

Seahawks FB Mack Strong announced his retirement from football. Strong's career ended five games into his 14th season due to a herniated disk in his vertebrae. He finished with the second most games played in Seahawks' team history, behind only DL Joe Nash.
