This one has some fantasy relevance for the struggling Shaun Alexander, but more so I'd like to point out a truly good man that gave his all to play a game he loved that's hanging up the cleats. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3054911

For those of you who have watched the Seahawks in the past few years know he's the NFC's answer to Lorenzo Neal, he will be sorely missed.

The best quote out of the article: "Actually, when I got home last night, my wife had a bad headache. I had to take her to the emergency room," Strong said, laughing loudly. "I got hit so hard, my wife had a headache."

Congrats on a great career Mack! I'm sure the Seahawks fans will miss this guy a great deal.

Yep, Alexander got a lot of yards behind Mack planting a linebacker on his ass. I'm not a Seahawks fan but I admire hard play as much as the next man. Good luck to Mack.

Sick.
I wish him well in his untimely retirement.

Noticed rotoworld has a post on this as well:

Seahawks FB Mack Strong announced his retirement from football.
Strong's career ended five games into his 14th season due to a herniated disk in his vertebrae. He finished with the second most games played in Seahawks' team history, behind only DL Joe Nash. Strong's best year as a lead blocker and receiver came in 2006, when he caught 29 balls and made the Pro Bowl. Oct. 8 - 10:25 pm et

Funny stuff there. Hate to see him hang them up, especially if your a SA owner.
