The other team is looking for either Manning or Ben.

If I give up Ben, I can probably get Forte and either Roddy White or Colston and probably have to give up Holmes and Bush as well.

If I give up Manning, I can probably only get Forte, or White, or Colston and have to give up Ward as well.

Do I do the first trade and then try to move one of my wr's and rb's for a better qb, or go with the second one, which would give me a bump from Ward to Colston/White, but is that worth it for my team?

If you leave advice and rationale, I will post on other people's question as well.

--------------------
14 Team PPR League (1 point per reception and 6 Pts for all touchdowns)

QB - Big Ben, Eli Manning
WR - Ward, Welker, Holmes, Collie
RB - Jones-Drew, Barber, Chris Wells, Reggie Bush
TE - Zach Miller
K - Gostkowski
Def - Giants

I would probably do the second deal and take Colston or White, preferably Colston. I'm not a big Forte guy and I think a combo of Welker plus either Colston or White would give your team a top notch WR duo.

--------------------
MY TEAM 10 TEAM LEAGUE

QB-Peyton Manning
RB-Michael Turner, Marion Barber
WR-Larry Fitzgerald, Andre Johnson
R/W-Brandon Jacobs
TE-Brent Celek
K-David Akers

If you can get rid of Manning and get Colston I would go that route.

with chicagos upcoming schedule i dont see why you want forte?? unless you think you could deal him off with a QB package and upgrade? i would deal manning before big ben, giants WR's are falling apart and their schedule is pretty tough, and pitt is slingin the ball around 35 times a game with h.miller and m.wallace getting more involved.

you have a pretty solid team as-is, i wouldnt mess with it

I think you could trade Manning for either Colston or White, which ever you prefer, I like Colston.

So Eli and Hines for Colston? What's left on the WW in terms of back-up QB's? I say you can roll w/ that.

I would do the manning ward for Colston trade.  I would take white too but i like colston a little more because of Brees.  I would rather stick with Big Ben then manning for the rest of the year, he hasn't looked too good in the past few weeks and I don't think forte will be lighting it up either.
