If Bradshaw is gone he skyrockets for sure...but I think CJ Spiller was in a similar situation last year in drafts with an aging (and relatively injury prone back at that point) back ahead of him in the depth chart, which dropped him to a stunning 8th round bargain for me. And this is the Spiller that lit-it-up to close the season when F-Jax went down two years ago.

Not saying Wilson will go to the 8th round, but it's easily possible he's at least cheap enough for a flex or first bench spot pick-up if Bradshaw is still the clear starter. And to see the division of workload the last couple games when Bradshaw and Wilson were in the lineup will keep his ADP at a relative bargain in the 6th round range or possibly even a 7th round steal IMO.

I know what your saying,  I agree with you about Spiller(he went 8th in most of my leagues including me getting him in one of my dynastys) but I see some differences between FJax and Bradshaw.   Jackson was the top RB in the league last year until he broke his leg and before that he was pretty reliable on the injury front.  A broken leg is also kind of a freak injury and not the recurring foot and ankle issues Bradshaw has been dealing with.  Combined with a pretty strong pre-season there was no reason for owners to not think that Jackson would be back in the lead role and handling a majority of the carries.

On the flip side Bradshaw has the injury bug, his production has been in decline over the last three years, and there is a ton of talk about him not even being retained by the Giants.  I would say going into the season the door is a lot more open for Wilson to take over the starting job than there was for Spiller going into last year.

I in turn can agree with this. F-Jax appeared to be the more solid and clear cut (and less injury-prone) back that was in Spiller's way. And F-Jax was more beast like two years ago when before he went down. Even though I saw right through it, and thought F-Jax would get hurt being over 30. Bradshaw is definitely known to get those foot and knee issues and is officially in the injury prone category to most, which is why I agree that Wilson will come a little more expensive this year than Spiller did last year, I just don't think it's the difference of 3 or 4 rounds. As Spiller went in the 8th, I'm not sure 3 rounds difference in ADP (the 5th round) is really warranted when considering how similar these two situations are, despite Bradshaw being perceived as more injury-prone than F-jax at the time of drafts. And I think Bradshaw being the master at never practicing due to injury but still playing and producing well despite his weekday inactivity might hopefully keep Wilson closer to a bargain in the 6th round range.

You're right though, it's possible he gets hyped up that much more...I mean I saw Julio's ADP go from like what a 3rd or 4th round guy to some jumping on him with their early 2nd round pick! lol. Even if the hype gets overhyped, I'll be keeping my eye on him depending on where he goes.

There was relative hype on Spiller last year, so I still hold hope that it's very possible that he's more of a 6th round guy.

I would take him in the 6th rd as a flex. I'll have 2 RBs by then - he's a high-upside flex.
