Just got him for a 2nd round prospect pick in my keeper league.
It would be a massive win for me if he could even get back to 20-20.

Kemp is such a well rounded hitting talent that he could still produce elite OF value even without 30 HR power. And there's still a good possibility he gets hot and puts up a couple of 10 HR/mo. seasons.
Now is the time to make an aggressive buy low offer.

Right now everybody is thinking the same things: Shoulder surgery, Hamstring, 1 HR, etc. etc.
I've seen lesser hitters come back from worse ailments/slower starts.
You can probably get Kemp for .60-.80 cents on the dollar right now. Any good fantasy baseball manager would be trying to take advantage of this situation. A Kemp acquisition could be a move that carries your offense for the last 4 months of the season, and ultimately wins you your league.

I rolled the dice on him because I needed a stud keeper. I traded Cargo (0 years) and Verlander (1 year left rd. 3) for Kemp (2 years rd 1) and Stras (1 year rd 16).
Tough to watch my best offensive guy go, but it could prove to be awesome keeper-wise if he regains the power.
Gamble Gamble Gamble
Even without the HRs, I already got 10 from Cargo, I'll take 15-20 from Kemp and they will wash out in the SB dept.

I just traded Chris Davis and Gio Gonzalez for Kemp and Fister. Really hoping Kemp can find his power stroke.
12-team 5x5 roto. 30-man rosters.
