There still has been no announcement from Suns coach Alvin Gentry about his pledged starting lneup change after the team's three off-days but the word coming from practices is that Shannon Brown figures to be starting in place of Jared Dudley at off-guard.

I think it's a good move for them, they need to switch it up and they can't bench dragic or gortat and dudley was the one underperfoming the most.  I don't know if his shot attempts will go up all that much since he already shoots a lot but I am hoping for an increase in counting stats.

Gentry's an idiot.  Real change would have been to move Beasley to the bench where he could chuck it up all day.  Only rationale I can see for not moving Beasley to the bench is that his confidence is fragile and sending him to the bench would kill it even more.  Eventually Gentry will realize that Beasley's success will be to the detriment of his team.

this guy is on a roll and deserves a spot in standard formats, given that he's got the SG spot all to himself.

The key is that Shannon Brown is finally getting 30+ minutes with no competition at the SG spot.  He will thrive.

yep, time to grab him...dropped Jodie Meeks, as Shannon might not provide as many 3PM as Meeks, but offers more in other categories.... better overall player..

With a starting spot locked up and consistent minutes, are we looking at a top 60 guy? Last 14 days: 35MPG, 46%FG, 94%FT, 2.0 3PM, 17.5PPG, 3.2REB, 2.3AST, 1.0STL, 0.2BLK. I think his steals will increase, 3's will go down a bit, FG% down a bit, but the points and assists should stay around the same. I like him better than Meeks.

Suns finally started getting some consistency out of their players so Gentry decides to bench Brown and move Dudley to sg? Great decision because Tucker only gave up 30 to Durant (0 turnovers for KD too).. Meanwhile, Dudley did nothing and Brown, coming off of a 20 point game, went 0-3... I wouldn't be surprised if this results in inconsistent play from Dudley and Brown going forward.. Right when they were clicking too, in real life and in fantasy. Gotta love good coaching.

Is Brown moving to bench role a permanent move or just a match-up decision by Gentry? If he is not in the starting lineup or play consistent 25+ minutes by next week, I might cut him loose
10 Team H2H Standard 9 cat. Keeper League
PG: Russell Westbrook, Kyrie Irving, Rajon Rondo*, Jameer Nelson*, Isaiah Thomas*

*:free agent pickup
^:stream spot
1. NO more moves left ROS
2. possible keeper for next year: Russell Westbrook, Kyrie Irving, Rajon Rondo, Nicolas Batum
3. trailing 0.005 in FT% to get in the championship round, but I'll lose anyway if advance cuz 1.

Probably "permanent".

Shannon Brown is basically a chucker who doesn't play DEF
Not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5, not 6, not 7......

With the report of Kendall Marshall being a favorite of Hunter I wouldn't be shocked to see he get run at the 2 besides back up duties
