Josh Reddick is coming off of a .242/85/32/85/11 season in '12.

What do you expect in 2013?  Much of the same?  Progression/regression?

I don't see the batting avg climbing up much, no more than a .250-.260 hitter, but 25-30 homers and 10-15 SBs should make him a solid 3rd or 4th outfielder for fantasy teams.

Thoughts?

If I was a betting man, I would bet he does not reach double digit steals in 2013. From 2009-11 he only averaged five steals a season.

Looking at his past BA, I would have to think getting a BA over .250 might be wishful thinking.

The power has been on display over his career but he does have to play 82 games in Oakland. I think around 25 HR's is a good number for next year.

Adding Houston to the division doesnt hurt.  I would kind of expect the same, maybe not 32 HR, but certainly 25ish as a floor assuming he has full season of ABs.

If he can get me 25-30 homers as my 4th outfielder, I'd be ecstatic.

the thing about him and the rest of the athletics is they are like homeruns hitters with lower averages. for the homeruns they hit they have lowers runs and rbi.

i saw an headline that said REDICK traded to milwaukee. apparently the trade was basketball (NBA) and for J.J.    not JOSH.  i was excited at first because i think that JOSH REDDICK would play well in the miller park.

What are we projecting for reddick after his 2012 breakout? I believe the power is real. What is his sb potential?

Thoughts are that he will steal around 10 bases this year.  i will take each and everyone of those stolen bases.

13th round ADP....sign me up for that.  Him, Ethier, Hart, and Cuddyer are incredibly undervalued.

He looks kind of like a hobo now.

This dude went undrafted in my 10 team 23 rd shallow league.

I may add him to my bench behind Fowler and Victorino. I think 25 Hrs is doable and the 250 avg

Did anyone ever figure out what caused his 2nd half collapse? Was it the sore tooth?

I think it was more like he got hot early and HR hitters tend to be streaky.  I'm thinking Reddick is going to be Jay Bruce lite.

only 26, coming off a 32 HR/11 SB season with 80+ R/RBI. ~ top 30 OF last year but i see him ranked around 50.

i'm surprised he's ranked so low and not getting much hype. from what i've seen/heard, the power is definitely legit. i don't expect the average to improve much ... but he seems like he'll be a legit contributor in all other categories.

Would you take him over any of the Top 30 OF's?

I think he's a Top 50 OF and belongs around the same rankings as guys like Morse, Kubel and Chris Davis.
