This guy has been producing some good numbers when Mo was out due to his injuries this season....I doubt that Mo will play a healthy season this year so he's probably a good handcuff to whenever he goes down, dude's an assists machine and probably will get you 10pts, 12-13 ast to go with 4 rebs. or am I wrong?

Discussions.

With Mo being out indefinitely, this guy make get substantial run and provide assists, steals and 3's. He probably won't shoot enough to kill your fg % either. In 4 games that he started this year for Mo, he averaged 8 assists, 1.8 3's and 1.3 steals. Not bad for someone looking for a replacement or some add'l hard to get pg stats. Thoughts?

I just posted this in the Waiver's thread, but it makes more sense here. Tinsley, when starting, goes 8/8 with 1.8 3pms and 1.3 stls, on 52% shooting. He has put up numbers every time he gets the start, over the last 5 seasons. People should have been running to the wire the moment that quote from Mo came out, about how this felt just like that injury in 2008. That time, he had surgery, and left for the season, and was not playing basketball again until the following season.
My team:
G: Wall, George Hill, Knight, Lou Williams, Kobe, Farmar
F: Turner, Carroll, TJones, Mike Scott, Alphabet
C: Anthony Davis, Valanciunas, Glen Davis

Hey, that time did Mo leave for the season? Because when I check back right now it says he had abdominal issue that forced him to end the season early. When did he have the thumb injury and did he play through it?

I would run to grab Tinsley. From everything we've heard about Mo's injury, it sounds like he will be out for a while. Ast and stl are gold.

Mo also sprained his thumb in Nov of 2010 but played through it.

This is old stuff, and we don't know if he is getting surgery, yet. But here's what happened in 2008:

MILWAUKEE May 8, 2008-- Bucks point guard Mo Williams had surgery to repair ligament damage in his right thumb and is expected to be ready for training camp in October.

New general manager John Hammond said Thursday that Williams had the surgery on Wednesday. He will have to wait six weeks before beginning basketball-related activity with a splint.

Williams started the first year of a six-year contract worth $51.5 million by averaging 17.2 points and a career-best 6.3 assists in 66 games.

damn it, missed out on him as a Mo Williams owner I'm pissed! Ive picked Earl instead of him yesterday, and now someone snatched him up like 10min ago, DAMN!

EDIT:

Utah point guards Earl Watson and Jamaal Tinsley will split the backup PG duties behind Mo Williams going forward, reports the Deseret News. "They both deserve to play," Tyrone Corbin said. "Jamaal's done a tremendous job for us. Earl's working his way back in. There's not going to be a lot of minutes there now that Mo's back up to speed." (Updated 12/05/2012).

I'm pretty sure Tinsley is going to start and get the bulk of the minutes. Watson will play back up but he does not have much fantasy appeal. Tinsely is the one you want to pick up.

Eh...this dude is kinda terrible. Would probably expect 6 pts, 7 assists, a three and 1.2 stls a game as a starter....

Idk, he looks like hes playing solid. He would have 3-4 assists if his teammates made some open shots or we're able to catch the ball on the cut. That and he has 2 3's already.

Jamaal can rack up assists with the best of them. Must add player if you need assists as it looks as if Willimas might be out for awhile.
