I'm down by one point in this week's game.  Tonight, he has RG3, I have Kai Forbath (K).  Do I have any chance whatsoever?

The reason I ask it this:

*I've already clinched a playoff spot and first-round bye
*If I have no chance of winning, I'd drop Forbath for Evan Royster for a lotto ticket in case of a Morris injury
*I'm playing the #1 team this week and pride keeps tugging at me to get this week's win even if it means nothing for playoff scenario.

What would you do?

Do what you want man, it's your roster. But I would play my guys, man. RG3 has had some 11 or 12 pt duds this season and even worse, and kickers are liable to post a double digit line like that. It could happen. If you got the first seed it would put you on the other side of the bracket which could make a difference.

I cannot achieve a first seed, even with a win tonight.  I have clinched the second seed and a first-round playoff bye.  I have nothing to play for tonight but pride.

Prudence says grab Royster, nothing to play for.  Pride says roll with Forbath and try to get the W.

I'm having echoes of Ving Rhames' speech about pride to Bruce Willis in "Pulp Fiction"...

Screw it - I'm gonna add Royster and go kickerless.  If AlMo were to go down with an injury, I wouldn't be able to live with it...

If there is absolutely nothing to gain with a win or a loss and everything is already locked in for the playoffs, then pick up Royster. If not, then roll with King Kai and hope he gets a few long ones.

If it doesn't matter, then go with the strategy that gives you the strongest odds of winning the whole thing.  Royster sounds like a good add for you.

Good move by getting Royster. Don't ever let the Morris owner scoop him up.
