Benched him but you can't be too upset because he was great today. You win some, you lose some but all in all this isn't a big deal

Doh missed out on a likely cheap win.

Shoulda gone with him instead of Cahill.

Wait, so I have this straight...you were worried about Ryu @MIL so you instead went with Cahill @COL?

I was gonna bench both. But saw Tulo was out and decided to put Cahill in against my better judgement hoping for a win. This happened when it was already past the lineup deadline for Ryu.

I also benched him today against a righty heavy lineup in a hitters park. Loved to see the good performance, Ryu is on his way to being matchup proof it seems...

I benched him, but it was in favor of Liriano...No complaints here. B)

Thankful I sold him after MIA because of the rough stretch that follows. Only problem? No buyers in my other league.
That's kind of the problem with the, "sell high" advice. People are always wary to buy someone who is unproven so it's really tough to get any kind of value out of them. Most of the time, there's a reason that you were the one who drafted the player, so you tend to believe in their performance, making it tough for you to get what you think of as fair value unless you thought they were just going to go on a hot start.

And in a league with any kind of depth, it would be tough to find someone comprable to Ryu off of the waiver wire. So you trade him for fifty cents on the dollar. Then what?

You're absolutely right. I'm glad I was forced to hold in one league. His value went up after his MIL start as I've had 2 offers. Surprised, actually. Bad offers, but at least offers. Hoping for some more Ryu magic.

the dodgers are actually one of the league worse in runs scored. still better than other options when it comes to getting support like harvey and samardzija.
