I want to get out of Pau while the getting is good, but on the other hand the trade rumours that are circulating bode well for his value.

If he goes to the raps, I think he will tear it up.

Do you think this trade is a good long-term play for me? Also, what does everyone think about Pau's long term prospects?

Potentially, yes Pau's value would sky rocket if he goes to the Rapz. He would be the #1 option on offense & would give you great rebounding numbers. However, Kupchak still wants to see Pau play with Nash before making any decisions about trading him. There is a potential that they might not trade him after all (remember Pau has been rumored in trades before but never transpired). The Bargs/Pau trade however is legit.

If I were the other guy, I would hold on to Noah for now as he is playing great & wait until Bargnani (injured as well) & Pau are both healthy playing again, and see if the deal would still be alive by then.

So in other words, if I were you, I would go for it!

I have Noah and there is no way I would do this trade.  Who's offering the deal?  If you are, you'd have to add more to the deal.  I don't see what the benefit of this deal is for owner trading Noah away?

Yah I offered it - It's obviously a bit weak by me. Based on my team (Noah owner specifically) do you think there is a reasonable deal that could get done? what would you take?

It depends, what does the other team look like?  What are their needs?

It's hard to say.  If Pau was playing well, then it's not a bad deal.  Obviously Wililams would be off limits.

That's funny because Pierce was the next guy I was thinking that you should offer.  I still think Noah is more valuable but it's not a bad offer if he's looking for an SG / SF.

Yah I think that's probably more realistic than my initial offer. I'm going to wait in the off chance that I can get lucky and sneak the Pau one through - but it will get rejected, let's be serious. I think pierce is a fair trade. Noah is a beast so I want to get him.

I don't know what people are talking about Pau & Pierce are more than enough for Noah, I think the other guy would even need to throw in another player in there you could go for 2 for 2 here.
