He signed with Houston, voluntarily! Who would want to go to Houston?

Anyway, what do you expect from Pena? You know what you are getting when you draft him. A guy that will hit .190 and probably hit 20 homers. If the average ever comes up, he could be a decent value pick.

Someone that cant find a job elsewhere and sees an opportunity to settle in as the newest AL representatives DH.

I think he's worth a look in most formats...

He could easily go back and be the Carlos Pena from 2 or 3 years ago. Wishful thinking

Pretty intreguing destination for him.  Guaranteed every day ABs in a hitters ballpark, I think he could realistically produce to the tune of .220/30/90 as a ceiling.  Not great, but a solid CI/DH for roto purposes and a respectable emergency/backup 1B in deeper leagues.
