If he can get decent burn with the Wizards, he could be a sneaky source of 3's/Steals/Points with modest contributions assists and rebounds. He's a streaky shooter so beware his FG% could be detrimental at times, but he has the ability to make 3's in bunches...

Curious as to how he played and whether those turnovers were his fault.

Shelvin Mack left Wednesday's game in the fourth quarter with an apparent leg injury.
It didn't look serious, but he called for the trainer while the Cleveland was bringing the ball up the court. He was playing well, but now newly-signed Garrett Temple will get his shot. Mack could have been an intriguing pickup in deeper leagues and we'll update his status once the information is available.

Thank you! Also, I liked your summary above. I also followed him in college. Your assessment is spot on!

Hopefully he'll be ok in time for the next game, seeing as how i just picked him up today.

Mack definitely didn't lack any confidence, and truly looked like he felt that he belonged on the court. I'm hoping it's leg cramps, because he is a very intriguing player that might be worth keeping an eye on. I brushed him off when I heard his name a few times while focusing on Nene, but he shined as a competent primary ball handler for a crappy team. He worked hard to feed Nene, and Okafor inside and his shot looked smooth. Sorry, I don't have real thorough details, because he really wasn't on my radar.

Query for WAS followers, Is starting Mack over Crawford the right thing to do? Because whatever the answer is I would imagine Wittman doing the opposite.

I see 4 guys: Beal, Mack, Crawford, Wall. Sorry but I don't see Beal or Crawford getting kicked out of rotation for Mack.

And the obvious caveat is that Wall returns which I still think is dubious.

isnt Crawford really a shooting guard...not point?

his leg cramped up in the last 4 mins of the game tho, so he couldn't play.
Sure, John Wall says he's coming back in January, but if anything it'll most likely be near the end of January.
And there's plenty of games for Shelvin Mack to be played in until then.
