how can the mets bail out harvey. seriously they owe him another 10 favors before they can even bail him out.
They are averaging 4.6 runs in his starts. Only 9 teams average better then 4.6 runs per game
And Harvey's ERA is like 2...

I would say neither is bailing out the other. The offense does its job when Harvey pitches, and Harvey does his job well.

My only point was that he has left losing a few times and the offense saved him from a loss. As bad as the Met offense is they seem to score more when he pitches. Same with RA Dickey last year

Left losing could mean 1-0 though.
But i have no idea what actually happened.

Try and count on one hand past those 5 games.. not so Arbritary anymore is it? As for Matt Harvey, over under on strikeouts this year? I'm putting him down at 245 K's as his over / under. His stuff is filthy. We all seen enough gif's by now to get the concept down.

I don't understand what you mean. You started counting his run support at the exact time it started dwindling

The team does play better behind him. Probably because they feel with him on the mound they are a respectable team that has a chance to beat anybody.
