That pretty much sums up GoGo's last week - he's been scuffling and he's wearing it hard. Until recently, I haven't seen him dog it down the line much in his career but he's been making a good habit of that.
I don't think I've even seen him hit a ball hard in his last 30 ABs, only hits I can remember were well placed flares and a INF GB - K rate is certainly jumping up. Probably just a rough patch, but there's always a little extra concern when a guy was so lackluster through pretty much his entire career. With the flashes of a breakout he had shown last year, and then him looking absolutely unstoppable through the first 5-6 weeks this year I bought high so I'm hoping that full breakout I saw coming comes to be - but man, has he looked completely lost at the dish.

the funny part is, he got 2 RBI tonight. More than the rest of my starting lineup combined that wasn't on my bench. ..... giant F U to me by the baseball gods

Buying high on Gomez and it not working out doesnt feel as bad as say; buying high on Prince Fielder and it not working out does it? Cuz that's what I did.
