I am in a 14 team h2h keeper league. We keep 5. I was offered Hayward for Sessions. Is this a trade that helps me?

Have you checked their stats? They have really similar production. Only question is do you need more 3s or asts?
3s - hayward, ast - sessions
Quick look at your team makes me want to keep sessions for his assist.

Hayward has top 40-50 potential, especially if a trade goes down in Utah. This is as good as Sessions is going to get. Get Hayward.
Toooooooo many teams.

Hayward's production isn't nearly as versatile as it was last season. I couldn't imagine saying this before the season started, but I actually think I'd prefer Sessions. He's been scoring the ball well and putting up decent peripherals but his impact on FT% has really been under the radar this year.

I would rather have Sessions by far.
