Trade Sessions for Hayward?

I am in a 14 team h2h keeper league. We keep 5. I was offered Hayward for Sessions. Is this a trade that helps me?

Have you checked their stats? They have really similar production. Only question is do you need more 3s or asts?
3s - hayward, ast - sessions
Quick look at your team makes me want to keep sessions for his assist.

Hayward has top 40-50 potential, especially if a trade goes down in Utah. This is as good as Sessions is going to get. Get Hayward.

Hayward's production isn't nearly as versatile as it was last season. I couldn't imagine saying this before the season started, but I actually think I'd prefer Sessions. He's been scoring the ball well and putting up decent peripherals but his impact on FT% has really been under the radar this year.
