The logo embedded in your original post is a .gif extension (which isn't supported for Rotoworld avatars) - that may be the problem, but you said you tried a few O's pictures and I doubt they were all .gif types. Can you post a prospective avatar? I'll see if I can change it for you.

It looks like the forum software doesn't include automatic resizing of an avatar within the accepted constraints, hence the "blank box" showing up. This should be a relatively easy fix for the admins, so I'll pass it along.

For the record, it looks like larger images aren't downsized to fit the avatar dimensions. To fix this, you can either resize the selected image in Paint or use any image-uploading website to resize (such as Postimage) - anything under 300x300 should work.
