the stolen bases seem to be gone. what can we expect. an increase in avg? or the same corey hart who ends up getting something close to the same every year.

If I were putting together an "all undervalued" team, he would be my 1B.

- How many 1B last year had 30HR and over 90 Runs scored?  None of those guys taken in the first round did: Pujols, Votto, Fielder, etc.. None of them.  He outperformed Prince Fielder, a 1st round pick in many drafts in 3 of 5 categories.

- While he doesnt bag as much as he used to in his couple 20-20 days, he still puts up mid + single digits, which again is better than some of your plodders.

I rostered him on multiple teams last season.
He's clearly under-rated......great power and still in his prime.

The negatives are that he's prone to some insane streakiness and saw a worsened K rate in '12.   (Could be an anomalous or signs of decline?)

So, I'll likely roster him this year on a few squads.

Projection:

.270
28 hr
85 r
80 rbi

Now he will really be a value with news that knee surgery will put him out 3-4 Months.  So at best what early May after some rehab stint?

Good player to stash on your DL until May rolls along.

I would say him as a hitter and Pineda/Beachy as pitchers

Harts been doing as late as the 18th round in drafts that ive been in. Assuming he plays125-130 games he's going to be a massive return on ADP.

I own him every year. Every year he does his thing. He always gives value at his ADP

I'm currently stashing him, and think he could be a great draft day value in H2H leagues since his injury caused his draft stock to slip precipitously.

Just scored him in 20th round, can't find that power on wire. Sounds like he could be back early to mid may

i got him in the 16th round of a 14 team 7-keeper league. i feel like he's already the steal of the draft. love the 1B/OF eligibility ... yahoo has him ranked insanely low.

twice my friend dropped players i needed. the first one was wieters (i had Pierzynski) he dropped wieters to get puig (which ended up a bust) so i dropped mccann to get wieters. than he dropped hart for ichiro i think and had a extra spot so i stashed hart.
