Guys with realistic shots at 20/20:

CI: Goldschmidt, Hosmer

MI: Hanley, Pedroia, Kinsler, Zobrist, Desmond, Rollins, Kipnis, Espinosa

OF: Braun, Trout, McCutchen, Kemp, Cargo, Upton1, Upton2, Heyward, Ellsbury, Harper, Cespedes, Choo, D.Jennings, Rios, C.Gomez, Cain, M.Saunders, Marte, Ruggiano

Obviously all these guys aren't gonna get there, but those are guys I have projected for 16+ in one category with 20+ in the other.  Melky was the last guy to miss the list.

By Position:
C - None , I guess in theory Molina could or maybe even Mauer, but just dont see it.

1B - Goldschmidt is probably your best candidate.  Hosmer could potentially get there and guy with the skill set who did it in the Minors in 2010 was Brandon Belt.
2B: Lots of guys with the skill sets who have done it or been closer or some feel can:  Kinsler, Pedroia, Phillips, Hill, Kipnis, Weeks, Utley .  Darkhorse if he gets ABs: Ryan Roberts, almost did it in 2011.

SS: Hanley, Zobrist, Rollins, Desmond and Espinosa have done it or have the skill set.  Castro could do it if Power increases, I doubt Tulo runs enough with the hamstring issues and I believe Reyes could if things break his way like they can statistically in some years (good HR to FB rate and good "just enough" rate) .

3B: Wright, Headley and Lawrie posess the skillset, though none of them probably will do it.

OF: Braun, Trout, Cutch, Uptons (2), Cargo, Harper Choo and Rios.  I think Jones and Cespedes also have skill sets.
Some who have potential if things break right but probably wont: Gordon, Fowler, Jennings, Victorino, Melky.
Darkhorses who have done in past, come real close or have been on per AB pace or potentially have skillset:  Michael Sanders, Justin Ruggiano, Lorenzo Cain, Chris Young and Francouer.
Guy who intrigues me for some reason per AB, horrible contact rate but made things happen when he hit the ball if he has full time gig: Justin Maxwell.

I think Granderson is another OF candidate.  He has 20+ bags 2 of the last 4 years.

You are right I just did a quick scan over my positional lists.  I also left Marte off who someone else mentioned is another good candidate.  I guess in theory Drew Stubbs could be too, but I tend to trust some of the work BPZ did on the ball parks and that move will not help his power increase.

Some guys who have an outside chance:
Jennings - if he rebounds
S. Castro - if power improves
Stubbs - longshot but with playing time could be close
Headley - could be close if power is real
Lawrie
Weeks
A. Jones

Ichiro.

Maybe not 20/20, but 15/20 seems doable.

As a Yankee fan, I would be really happy with a 10/30 season from Ichiro, but I don't think he gets anywhere near 20 homers even in that stadium.

He hit 5 in 60-some games with them last year.

He hit 5 in 67 games, even if you expect that pace to continue and assuming he plays all 162 games he was still only on pace to hit around 12-13 homers for the Yankees last year.
