It would kind of help to know your roster. My gut says Hillman, but if you need WRs, my opinion could change.

12 team PPR, start 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1flex ---> RE-BUILDING
2014 season over
   {3 2nd Rd picks and 2 3rds in 2015}

Deep keeper -- keep more than six, start giving back picks, starting w Rd1

QB- Rodgers, Manziel
RB- RJennings, Ingram, DRobinson, Hyde, AWilliams, Michael
WR- Maclin, LaFell, JMatthews, Bailey, Johnson (MN), MWilson (Chi)
TE- Cameron
D- 49ers

IR- Spiller, Cooks

Jeffery is the most valuable if you need a WR, Floyd would be next choice though. Moreno has a lock on Denver backfield.

Right, I go Jeffery here too. Hillman doesn't seem big enough to be in a featured role and it's hard to see doing well in pass protection, and Moreno is in his way. Jeffery has the tools and the better QB. He's more solid WR3/flex potential though with B-Marsh there. Hillman has the same potential but more risk with more obstacles in his way, pass protection and workhorse Moreno.
