I am a co-commish of a league that would require two managers with prior experience in a salary cap  hockey league and also past experience in a league that includes prospects/prospect drafts/farm teams.  


The cap in our league is 75 mil

we go by average salary and don't include entry level bonuses or over 35 bonuses.

you keep who you want from year to year as long as you meet the 23 man roster limit.

we use a head to head scoring setup.
