I was offered Bobby Ryan and Justin Schultz for Phil Kessel in a ten team keeper league. Is this a trade I should say yes to?

I wouldn't Kessel is young. Doesn't fit into the team game as of right now but i believe he leads the NHL or close to it in SOG which usually equals goals...Gifted player fustrating at times
