Holding on to Rubio for so long. With Nash/Vasquez/Kyrie & other players who get me steals and assists I didn't need Rubio. I was waiting for him to gain value so I could package him in a 2 for 1 and then pick up and stash Derrick Rose. Nobody wanted him because "I just picked him up", even people who could have desperately used a 2 for 1 or a PG. I couldn't get a deal done in time and then Rose got picked up. I then let go of Rubio to get Bogut when the news came about and haven't looked back. Rubio's stats were useless to me and if nobody wanted him there was no point in holding. 10th place used his waivers so I'm glad a playoff threat didn't take him.
Best: Traded Tony Parker and JJ Reddick for Kyrie Irving. Parker has been having a phenomenal season but I know come playoff time, Irving will benefit me a lot more. I replaced Reddick with Kawhi, then Kyle Korver so someone filled the void nicely. Owner dropped Reddick after 2 bad games and now he's kicking himself lol.

week 3 trade Chandler, Hickson, Parker for Al Jefferson, George Hill.... thought Hickson would come to earth and didnt expect Tony Parker to explode. Chandler was playing awful to.. learned my lesson be patient wait for the value before you trade. I ended up trading George Hill for Ryan Andersen though! which kinda helped but still I would rather have my original 3.
2 Weeks ago, Matt Barnes was still exploding, traded Emeka Okafor. They flip flop instantly after the trade.. Barnes is dropped.. Okafor is almost 90% owned.
Rotoworld relases that Varejao will be back on a Wednsday, I was offered some trades I passed up on like T. Young and Jeremy Lin.. which would have been better than nothing which I got in return.
I was offered Batum for Noah and D. Granger 4 days ago. I wanted to keep Noah because I need the rebounds and blocks. Noah goes down.
All year I have just traded the wrong guys and at the wrong times.
PG- Damian Lillard, Mike Conley,Kyle Lowry, Ty Lawson
SG- Gordon Hayward
SF- Lebron James, Nicolas Batum, Moe Harkless
PF-Ryan Andersen
C- Al Jefferson, Joakim Noah, Al Horford, Andrew Bogut

I definitely think that Kyrie is the best player in that deal but Thompson has been a top five fantasy player on the ESPN rankings over the past couple weeks. This trade wasn't THAT much of a steal.

Traded my Al Jefferson for his Kevin Love the day he went down with his 2nd injury, initial timetable was 4-6 weeks next day 10-12 weeks
Best move(s):
#1: Traded my Steve Nash, Deron Williams and Andre Drummond for Harden, Paul George and Hickson. This was when Harden and George were both in mini-slumps and pretty much the next day they went beastmode for the rest of the season.
#2: Picked up Larry Sanders and traded him 2 weeks later for Zach Randolph (well worth it in my league).

So-so:dropping jack for vasquez in the first week of the season.

I'm not playing in a category based league. I made some other trades at the same time, and had to do a 2 for 1. I know it's not the worst trade, but at the time it was seen as a steal. Now, it's really going well. Klay is doing really well, but in my Head to Head Points League he isn't THAT amazing. You can find some comparable on the waiver wire, to be honest.

Draft: Ibaka, Batum, Jrue, Pek. Kawhi, Kyrie, Mayo, AK
Trade:
Faried+Hayward+Robin for Anthony Davis - right before AD got hurt, but still absolutely worth it. Hayward/Robin ended up on the wire very quickly.
LaMarcus+Ibaka for Durant - Paid 2 arguable 1st rounders and still an absolute steal.
Add: Bledsoe, Jameer, Drummond, Favors
Worst:
Draft: Gortat
Trade: Jameer+Pekovic+Gallo for Love - intended to be a buy-low/clear roster space with 3 mid-rounders... but all 3 blew up and Love is close to being done for the season.
Drop: Chandler Parsons within his 1st not-so-spectacular games
