my god that's an awful trade. Maybe if Cutch, Stanton, and Butler were all 32 years of age or older it would make some sense, but they're all young!

Don't play a whole lot of Dynasty leagues, but there's just no way I'd give up 3 Major League studs for any Minor League package -- there's gonna be a better trade than that for Stanton/Butler/McCutchen who are all still very young (23, 26 & 26).
