I would grab Speights and Splitter and drop Drummond and Bogut. I have never been a fan of Bogut and I feel he is vastly overrated as far as fantasy goes. Speights has been getting consistent playing time in CLE and has made the most out of it so grab him while you still can. Splitter will outperform Drummond the rest of the way and has seen his playing time stay around 30 minutes as the Spurs have rested Duncan for their playoff run.

Drop Bledsoe, pick up Robinson.
Your playoffs start really early. If that weren't the case, Favors would be the pick.

Pick up Splitter or Favors and drop Drummond.
Drummond kills your FT%. Don't kill it if you don't need to. Plus Drummond might be out for a while.

Drop Drummond for Splitter and I like Nate Robinson or Bayless for Bledsoe. I would go with whoever has more games out of Bayless and Robinson.
