Couldn't find his name in the player threads topic... But I just heard that he's going to be in the dunk contest.
If you haven't seen his stuff, he has been doing insane dunks since High School. I vividly remember his contest against David Lee (Who won the McDonald's All-American Dunk Contest). Lee performed admirably, but he only won because she took off his shirt while dunking.

The dunk contest is less interesting to me bc its all fringe players now instead of semi stars or up and coming players in years past.

Interesting, I remember Ross saying earlier in the year he didn't want to do the dunk contest when asked about it. Also, James White has does some ridiculous stuff in dunk contests, I believe there's a YouTube video of White going head-to-head with Green in a dunk contest in Russia. White does some unthinkable stuff while leaping from the free throw line (i,e. between the legs, 360's, etc..again, from the FT line)
EDIT: The video was actually from a Turkish dunk contest - no 360, but makes a windmill dunk and between the legs dunk look rather simple from the FT line.

This is definitely one of the most interesting fields in the last decade or so. People will be expecting a lot from White. I'm anxious to see what Ross and Bledsoe bring. They're both so incredibly athletic. I'm a big Manimal fan but I'm not really sure if he's right for the contest.
I actually like the fringe player theme, exposure to new faces and no clear favorites or much bias. Just who throws down the sickest

I just hope that White won't do his routine 3 dunks: 2 hands from the FT line, above something from the FT line and under one leg from the FT line.... He also tries a behind the back from the FT line.... If he makes those 3 dunks please don't vote for him because there's nothing new he ALWAYS make those dunks in every contest.... When he was in Italy he won 2 dunk contest with the same exact routine, first year was cool (those dunks are good) second year I was like what?!? Can't you do something new?
