This is kind of a deeper guy to keep an eye on

He played in rookie ball and in A ball last year.  His rookie stats are phenomenal.

7.2ip 0ER 1H 1BB 16K

Then they promoted him to single A

11ip 2ER 12H 1BB 15K

This was all work as a reliever.  This year the Twins are planning on using him as a starter, it should be very interesting to see how this year plays out for him.  I wouldn't pay anything for this guy just yet, but I'm sure he is available in some of the deepest leagues.

worth keeping an eye on for sure.  if he progresses better than i think he will this year, he'll be someone to keep an eye on.

was likely to be a higher pick than he was going into the draft, and fell because he struggled early in college season.  way too advanced for lower levels.

stuff isn't dominant by any stretch, sitting in the low 90's.  pretty good command and breaking ball.  i have a feeling he's destined for a career as a long-reliever at the highest level.

2013:

6GS 1.47 ERA, 36.2 IP, 35:6 K:BB, 0.818 WHIP

Now i dont know how accurate this stat is tracked, but he has thrown under 50 pitches in 5 of his 6 starts.. the 1st start being the outlier at 83.
