This year's version of Draft Master seems as buggy as last year's.

I can't get formats on categories to display properly.  ERA looks like 3.4 rather than 3.43.  BA looks like .3 instead of .320.  ERA displays as 2.9 instead of 2.95.  I changed the formats in the setup but nothing happened.

Also, how can I add players that are not in the database?

Well, I figured out that if you go into widow>settings from the top of the screen you can change decimal formats.  But it changes formats for every statistical category, so 12 wins shows as 12.000 if you select the format 0.000.

And I see where I can add players by going to file>add players.

I wonder if there is a a better solution to the decimal positions problem, though.

One bug that I have is that Houston is not listed in the AL only draft.

I don't know if this is considered a bug, but I hate that I have to go in and reformat all my windows everytime I go in and out of the program.  Is it not possible to have the same format everytime I login?

My draft is in 2 days and i still haven't even gotten past the initial download. This is bad.

I am also not able to get a new league to open and load. I downloaded Java 7 after the draft master and I use Windows 8. When I enter my new league name, nothing happens. I have tried reinstalling java 7 and restarting my computer and still not working. I have a draft this week and need to prepare. Please help.

I have the same problem that you started with. What is it that you did to fix yours?

There are a lot of things I like about Draft Master and I have elected to purchase it again.  But why are there so many bugs in it?  The Help documentation is pathetic.  There are references to NFL stats in the baseball version.  The display of stats in the proper format doesn't really work.  Some good enhancements over last year's version would help.  I'd like a function to limit the draft to only players currently on ML rosters and to players who are prospects.  It would be great to see a sum of a team's player values.  Team auction values totals doesn't work.  Adding a player to a roster or moving a player should be drag and drop.  Crossed out players in the position counts in the team screen doesn't work.  Didn't work last year either.  I wish someone would fix these problems and give us some bug fixes soon.  At least spend a few hours beefing up the help screens.  They are awful.  There has been little testing and debugging of this software.  A lot of these problems should be easy to fix.  I was a system's analyst for 29 years.  FYI.

I have downloaded draft Master 2013 to my Windows XP laptop. My first time with "Darft Master". It says all loaded properly, but when I click on the icon to open teh program all I get is an error tone. There is a link on the "download page" referencing "Installation" but I get an error message when I try to open it.

I have to assume the error lies with me but I can not figure out what I am not doing. Can anyone help?

I was entering in keepers for my draft no problem, then I went to one team and I am trying to enter in his keepers and I right click the player and add/remove keeper, and then nothing pops up for me to put in the salary for the player and he doesn't show up on their roster.  it appears to be like this for all teams now, I can't put any player on anyone's team even if I click start the draft.

Is there a way to save your progress and then exit?  I'm doing an email draft.  The last time I tried this, when I logged back into the program, I had to re-draft all of the players that had been drafted so far.
