i'm contemplating this trade. my issues are anthony davis' horrible playoff schedule where as rubio has one of the best.
early on this would have been a no-brainer , but rubio has picked it up dramatically and finally playing great.
what are some opinions on this trade?
ricki rubio for anthony davis

Youre right, earlier this would have been an easy call but now it's basically 50/50...decide whether or not to do it based on what you need...if you need boards/blocks/fg then do it but if you need ast/3s then keep rubio...

In 9 cat I'd rather have Anthony Davis. I don't dislike Rubio but he is such a drain in turnovers and FG%.

I wouldn't give up Rubio with that lineup... Pierce is contributing PG assists... but Rubio can put up 10 a night. Plus, NO playoff schedule is really weak, all M, W, F games... which you probably have more than 10 going each night. You could end up trading for Davis and then having to choose between starting him or one of your bigs. If no trade goes through in Toronto, I'd drop JV and see what's hot on the wire for big guys. Pek, Zbo, and Noah have good playoff schedules.
