How do you value these two, taking into account potential future upside?

Teague is a stud and he has a great playoff schedule. Right now there are very few PG's I like more that Teague, for the rest of this year.

Can you help with mine.
Team 1: 12 team Full PPR league. We count return yards as well. 2 keepers.

QB: Rivers. WR: Cooks, A Robinson & Lockett. RB: J Charles & Hyde. TE: Gronk. Flx: Abdullah. K: Gould. Def: Giants
Bench: DJax, T Montgomery, Vareen, Carr & T Austin

Team 2: 10 team 1/2 PPR league. We keep 3. We start 2 QB's.

QB: Vick & Bridgewater. WR: Julio, Cobb & Landry. RB: Ivory & Ingram. TE: Witten. Flx: Chris Johnson. K: Vinatieri. Def: Bills
Bench: Vereen, Ellington, Dixon, Rawls, John Brown, Cousins & Big Ben.

Team 3: 12 team Standard League. No keepers. Big rule, exactly 1 of each position on bench:

QB: Bradford. RB: L Bell & J Hill. WR: AJ Green & Landry. TE: Walker. K: Dawson. Def: Packers
Bn: Tannehill, Forsett, K Allen, L Green, Gould & Jets

Lowry is an injury risk and is inconsistent. Teague has a great schedule and is more consistent.

12 Team, weekly, H2H, 9 Categories (standard) Dynasty

PG: John Wall, Michael Carter-Williams, Patrick Beverly,

PF: Merkieff Morris, Julius Randle
C: Al Jefferson, Enes Kanter, Brook Lopez

Teague. Lowry's potential is being squandered in Toronto.
