If you've followed fantasy baseball for a few year, you know that Turner was once thought to be a potential front line starter. The shine has worn off because every time he came up with the Tigers, the kid was blown up.
While he'll probably never be a front line starter, he is only 21 and because of the trade last year, pitches half his games in a huge park.
7 starts with MIA last year: 42.2 innings / 3.38 era / .98 WHIP / 9 walks (huge improvement for him) / only 29 K's
He's currently only 2% owned in yahoo which seems low to me. Seems like he could be a great sleeper to draft with the final pick.
What do you guys think?

Wow I didn't realize he pitched so well for the Fish!

Really like him in NL only leagues. Love him in those, in fact.
In mixed, my biggest concern is whether the Fish can spot him enough runs to get him many Ws - especially since he's not a high-strikeout guy, so his contribution in that category is already limited, too. That puts a lot of pressure on his ratios to contribute.
