After this week, one more week, then playoffs. Already clinched, sitting in first. Bats have gone ice, ice cold the past 3 weeks. But my pitching is keeping me afloat. You aren't kidding Rob, H2H is anyone's game, any week.

Balt, Harvey:( When Buck embraced him in the dugout...

Sounds like you guys are rolling though, good luck!

Looks like the first 2 week playoff matchups are set to start tomorrow. Winner's Bracket matchups are:

#1 Kluber Lang (AnonymousRob) vs. #4 Jmadtown's Spotted Cows (Jmadtown)
#2 Davis and Co. (baltimore_boy) vs. #3 The Redeemers (RAZRr1275)

And in the Consolation Ladder, they are:

#5 Green Monsters (tonywow) vs. #6 Team Heyward he go? (phizzics)
#7 Old Judge Cigarettes (MeisterT) vs. #8 Man Bear Puigs (holyBrowns)
#9 Team Sine_Cera (Sine_cera) vs. #10 Hippie, Hippie Shakers (An Old Hippie)

Thanks to everyone that stayed active this year! Hippie quit earlier and Sine_cera seems to have also quit a few weeks ago. Good luck to all the teams, and mostly to the 4 playoff teams for the playoffs. Thanks everyone :) !

If there is enough people, then we can do it again next year. It'll be easier to organize with more than 2 days to get people and draft. Maybe expand it to more posters next year if a deeper league isn't a problem for anyone.

Both of the top teams record-wise lost last week. A Hunter Pence led Jmadtown's Spotted Cows took down Kluber Lang, while Ryan Zimmerman led Davis and Co. over The Redeemers in a close matchup. It's Jmadtown's Spotted Cows vs. Davis and Co. for the 2 week championship matchup!

I remember messaging in the roto thread in Miller Park as you were trying to get this league together. Haha, been a fun year, thanks Balt! Good stuff everyone. Thanks for playing.

We had a thread like this last year, so I thought I'd start another one for this year. For the posts longer than 200 characters that can't go in the chat box :D

Thanks Balty, this should be interesting.  I havent done a daily before, my main league is roto so setting line ups, using the bench etc...will be all new.  Should be a good learning experience.

Draft was interesting, I had a lot of times when I went to pick that I just didnt like who was left at that particular spot, some of that was early:
Posey - really wanted one of the 3B there that I think are elite but they were all gone.
1B - trying to get one was tough, thought I had Morneau late who I like a lot this year but he went one or two picks before I got him, and I actually thought I got him, I had him queued up hit pick player and either the computer didnt update or what but he was gone I didnt see that and I ended up with Parnell who I guess was next highest player, which was fine.

Didnt look much at the settings until my post about an hour before the draft, I have never done LF, CF, RF leagues either so dont know how that would of impacted my rankings and picks.

Thanks again for pulling it together.

I thought some of the sleepers were interesting. Cole was maybe reached for about a round ahead of his projected, but Wacha went right after him, and I think Gyorko went the next round too. I had to grab Gray shortly after that and Salazar went after him too. All of them went way before I was expecting.

That league was deep. I fell apart in the later rounds. Happy with the first 12 rounds or so, haha.
Fun draft though either way. Should be a great season! Happy opening day Roto'ers!

I didn't appreciate just how deep this league is until I went shopping on the FA list. I think I actually heard crickets and watched a tumbleweed roll by. This is gonna be fun...

Yeah, the WW is pretty much a howling wasteland, just trying to find any IF with a starting job is bleak. Keep hoping any quasi decent 3b, meaning a dude with a pulse who occasionally hits line drives, will magically pop up but so far no joy. Turns out Mike Moustakas maybe isn't all that, who knew?

The one thing that autodraft did right was get Carlos Ruiz so that I could do that trade for Chris Johnson. I might trade him again once Machado gets back

The door is always open to trade talk, just give a shout. Right now I've got a closer or holds guy who I could market plus some run production donkeys like Ludwick and McGehee for anyone power starved and looking for a small deal

Same here, feel free to contact me anytime on here, or on the league site.   Could be in the market for a 3B soon depending on what the Nats do with Zimm.
