I'm looking at dealing Aroldis Chapman for a 1B/3B or a 2B. It kind of depends on where I want to play Hanley when he gets back. I have Segura at SS and Hardy at 2B/SS, and I'm playing Moustakas at 1B/3B right now.

What position is Hanley most valuable at? 3B or SS?

Hardy and Moustakas are both underwhelming right now. Hanley will have value at both positions. Just find a guy that you'd feel comfortable with at either CI or MI and put Hanley in the other.

I like Moustakas more than Hardy.

Hanley is really more valuable at SS. Moose > Hardy and Hanley will outperform Hardy in my opinion even after missing time this year.

Agree. But Hanley has a lot of value at 3B as well.

You always want to play HanRam at SS if possible IMO. That's where he has the greatest statistical advantage over the glut of other scrubs at that position. 3B is deeper and he doesn't hit a ton of bombs so HanRams skillset is weakened against the other good 3B class. His 20ish HR's play really nice out of SS. Trade for a power legit 3B, lock Segura into a Util spot and then bench Moose ...instant success.
