So Just heard he signed a minor league deal with the Rockies, not sure what kind of impact he can have especially in such a poor pitching environment but could be worth a stash.

*barf*

Put up a 5.80 / 1.525 last season in Texas.  It's not getting better in Colorado.

He's a pass for me.

Nothing wrong with trying to go out on top. Last year was terrible. Maybe a year off has given him some extra determination.

This guy seems like a huge d-bag. He still tries to dictate where and when he's going to play...more sad than anything at this point. Fantasy-wise, I'm definitely staying away. I don't think Roy's as good or as important as Roy does.

Go out on top pitching in Coors field for an average Rockies staff....Right...

With that starting 8 he should have a chance to win almost every game.

Will be streaming hitters heavily vs. him at Coors.  Great landing spot for fantasy purposes, for all the wrong reasons!

I'd rather have Jon Garland, and I'm not touching either with a 10-ft pole.

Worth a stab in deep leagues, 59/11 K/BB in 59 innings last year.

What most don't realize is that he's fared very well at Coors in his career.  Granted, he's only started 5 games there, and is a shell of his former self, but I think he will be more serviceable than most expect.  I might take a stab too.

not crazy about him. Passed on him in Texas but Coors might actually be better for him in the NL with an elite defense. Will probably be serviceable but I doubt much else

I would pass unless in a deep NL-only league.
You can easily stream and do better than what he would give yoy

ok... so even if he gets called up... he'll be pitching at coors.
"The base paths belonged to me, the runner. The rules gave me the right. I always went into a bag full speed, feet first. I had sharp spikes on my shoes. If the baseman stood where he had no business to be and got hurt, that was his fault."

It's the year of the zombie pitchers. How much worse than Cole Hamels or Matt Cain can he be?

True but also in a division with pitchers parks in LA, SF & SD. That helps. Plus with his potential run support he could get I guess you never know...
