If you normalize for BABIP swings, this guy has been pretty consistent for 2 1/2 years. His xFIP since 2010 has been:
3.67
3.97
3.85

Has anyone seen his rehab outings? Any chance he is a respectable 5th or 6th starter, maybe 10 wins with 140 Ks and a 3.80 ERA this year?

Since 1995: 12-team 4x4 Roto auction keeper, NL-only:
C: Barnes, Plawecki
1/3: Maikel, La Stella, Belt
2/S: Rendon, Drury, Aybar
O/U: Yelich, Harper, Harrison, Bryant, CCrawford, Rosales
SP: Bumgarner, Cole, VVelazquez, Pomeranz, Rea
RP: Rondon, Jeffress, Cotham, Treinen, TWood
Min: JP Crawford, Dansby, Glasnow, Jumbo, Jace

DL: Ottavino, Van Slyke

did bad but i still think he will be a decent number 5 guy on your team. He can definitely give you 10 wins with an ERA of like 3.80 170 IP 130Ks 1.25 WHIP

I'm in on him. I probably should have sat him this week to get a couple of outings under his belt.

For a back-end guy in a deep league I think he will work out well over-all.

Anyone adding him tonight? Flyier style?

He was good last year... He's been good at times this year, seems healthy enough now.
Anything here?

He's a 2-start next week, SF and PHI at home

I think it'll go
vs SF
vs PHI

Worth a flier. If he's healthy, he's pretty good.

I'm not using him, only because I can't in my league. I have 4 other starters going tomorrow...

But, it seems like a good enough play. I'm not sure what he'll bring on short rest.

Another Rotoworld blurb fail

Chris Capuano coughed up four runs on 10 hits in five innings of Wednesday's loss to the Mets.
Not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5, not 6, not 7......
