Martin has better stats right now, but I don't think he is for real. Thinking of dropping him for Doumit. What do you think and why?

i like doumit better than martin, that's just me though. I could go either way considering how martin has come out strong this year but just going by past seasons though, i'd have my money on doumit.
"The base paths belonged to me, the runner. The rules gave me the right. I always went into a bag full speed, feet first. I had sharp spikes on my shoes. If the baseman stood where he had no business to be and got hurt, that was his fault."

I'm kindof leaning towards doumit myself. His BABIP and LD% are both way lower than his career averages. These two usually remain relatively constant throughout someone's career, so I'm thinking he is just in a slump, and his BABIP and LD% will eventually rise.

None of the above but, if I must, Martin by a hair only because when he gets a hot streak (like, 3x a season), he's not half bad.

HIR? http://forums.rotowo...howtopic=349640

Please note that although I WHIR, the length and quality of my response will be directly proportional to what I receive. If you misread the question or otherwise fail to answer that which is asked, it does not count as help.  Also, if I post that I've made my decision and the question is resolved, I'm under no obligation to respond to any after-the fact links. The same applies to any responses that come more than 2 hours after my original post. Finally, if you post a question and promise to help in return ("WHIR"), and I help you in a timely manner, but you don't actually help me in return by responding to my link, or by responding helpfully to it, I will remember your name, false Internet friend, and the oceans shall run dry and pigs shall rule the skies before I help you again.

They are both lower tier catchers. Maybe trade for a better catcher.

Martin by a fraction as neither can be trusted.
