Dynasty league. H2H. Basic scoring categories (not a points league). 7 starters. 5 Bench. No salaries. 30 teams.

Rosters lock as of current. No real NBA transactions reflect rosters. (Only moves made by owners).

Lakers
Clippers
Rockets
Pacers
Grizzlies
Hawks

Rank them. Don't necesarily want to have to trade your best player right away, so keep trade value of team in mind as well.

Pacers, Clippers, Rockets, Grizz all have good returning players. Lakers and hawks have Howard and Josh as FA who can leave. Even worse than trading ur best player is getting a team with no trade chips. Clips may beat the Pacers if CP3 resigns. Basically the better playoff teams with minimal turnover.

Right on Hailfire. Although, rosters are as is. No FA's/trades that happen this summer will reflect rosters in the league. So Smith is on the Hawks regardless of where he signs this summer. Same with Howard and Cp3. Basically, the roster you would start with is the current 2012/2013.
