Yep, NE has a lot of young play makers on that defense with Spikes, Mayo, McCourty, etc.

In that division, their arrow is certainly pointing up.

So I'm seeing that Gabbert has a hurt thumb?  I'll take the Chiefs defense against an inept jags offense with a hurt Gabbert.

What do you all think of the Packers D?  Rough first game vs SF so thinking about getting the Colts but anyone else here liking the Packers for season?  Not getting much top 10 love.

I see the Steelers ranked #1 by a lot of the experts for Week 1 (vs TEN). Seems a little high to me. Anyone think this is an accurate projection?

I took the Pack as my main D, though sitting them this week vs Kaep and the 49erswho just torched them in the playoffs. After week 1, I think they have a lot of good matchups throughout the year and the should get plenty of sacks, a few picks with a few return TDs due to their pressure, and they have a solid return game/special teams.

I'll still be streaming them in bad matchups; going with Bucs vs Geno and the Jets this week.

Dalton Del Don of Yahoo! Sports is one "expert" who has them ranked #1 this week. I've seen it in other places as well. One of my most relied upon sources for fantasy advice has them at #1 which is what surprised me the most. This unnamed source is not from any of the big dogs over at Yahoo!, ESPN, CBS, or RW just in case you're wondering.

I like the match-up and am steaming them in one league, but no. The Steelers D is one of the oldest in the league and is certainly not what it used to be.

Bucs v. Jets and (maybe) Colts v. Raiders are better streaming match-ups.

This thread has served its purpose.  Considering almost all drafts are finished and most of the last 3-4 pages want to talk about streaming defenses for week 1, it will be shut down.  If you want to discuss streaming defense or which defense to start for the coming weeks, please visit this thread.  Thanks.
