He's been one of the steals in my draft this season. Far more suited for daily leagues because he only hits righties. But against those righties he's 15th in OPS and 5th in ISO.

Player A: .268 - 12 HR - 27 RBI - 5 SB vs righties (183 AB)
Schierholtz: .300 - 10 HR - 26 RBI - 4 SB vs righties (177 AB)

Player A is Matt Joyce and owned in 61% of Yahoo leagues. Schierholtz is only owned in 13%. Go figure.

Had a no doubter today off of Bud Norris. One could do worse for a 5th OF

For this reason I picked him up.  I hope it doesn't backfire....but sheesh, it couldn't be worse than the cadre of catastrophic cuckolds I have out there now.
What is both surprising and delightful is that spectators are allowed, and even expected, to join in the vocal part of the game.... There is no reason why the field should not try to put the batsman off his stroke at the critical moment by neatly timed disparagements of his wife's fidelity and his mother's respectability. ~George Bernard Shaw

No, and especially with Soriano out now and his name being in trades, he'll start every day he's with the cubs, but he could also be moved sometime midweek.

The Friendly Confines are a lot friendlier than San Fran. I was at the game. His 2nd HR went onto Sheffield Avenue.

On another note, Jayson Werth seems like a nice guy. Tossed a ball to some kids nearby.
You're television incarnate, Diana: Indifferent to suffering; insensitive to joy. All of life is reduced to the common rubble of banality. War, murder, death are all the same to you as bottles of beer. And the daily business of life is a corrupt comedy. You even shatter the sensations of time and space into split seconds and instant replays. You're madness, Diana. Virulent madness. And everything you touch dies with you. But not me. Not as long as I can feel pleasure, and pain... and love.

I'm sure he'll sit tomorrow vs. Kershaw, so if he is out tonight, we'll either see him Wednesday or with thursdays off day, we may not see him until Friday.
