Monday you have the HR derby and such, so maybe that counts as a "game" but is the Wednesday (and now Thursday) after the MLB all star game the worst sports days of the year (and maybe not even close)?

Depending on when baseball exactly ends (and if there are tie-breaking playoff games) some years and when Hockey starts, these are pretty much the only two days of the year you can absolutely count on where there will be none of the four major professional leagues with games scheduled.
Seems everybody's jogging or heavy into health s?&t, don't tell me that I otta get rolfed, cause I love Cajun martinis and playing afternoon golf-JB from we are the people are parents warned us about

I agree that these two days are the worst -- especially because they're not even the weekend.  What else do I have to look forward to during the drudgery of a work day if not sports??  The "dog days" of summer, indeed.

Worst sports day of the year for me is the day after the Pats are eliminated.
