First big league hit tonight.

Can someone tell me more about Hoes? Is he worth stashing away in deeper leagues?

We like our Hoes here in Houston.  Trade away Norris for them anyday.

Most talent evaluators that I've read think his role will end up being a 4th OF or utility guy (he's played some infield).  Not a lot of power, not a lot of speed, but good eye and was a OBP machine in the minors.  Profiles a lot like another guy playing in the Astros' OF, Robbie Grossman....

He has the upside to be basically Norichika Aoki in a year or two, but I wouldn't expect anything useful out of him this season. I'd guess he'd probably give you a very empty .260ish average with maybe above average runs if he ends up leading off for the rest of the season - if that's useful to you, go for it.

Guess who was a Top 50 player this last week.  That's right, Hoes

I may be pimping Hoes nationwide here, but I thought we needed more Hoes.

Kid can hit.  Always has been able to.  On the right team where they can afford to carry a left fielder with little hr power he'd make a great number two hitter.

Been needing runs and SBs badly... Hoes has been carrying me hard in those exact categories.  He has easily been the best producer in runs and SBs in August off the wire.
