Wow, this seems to have come out of left field. I didn't even know he was injured. No reports on him or any hint of concern until today. Quite bizarre.

Not sure it matters but this story was posted on ESPN around 4pm. Rotoworld posted the GM story around 4;30. Strange....

Ok. so the original tweet came at 12:43pm today (Reported by RW @4:30). So it sounds like Mike Smith was asked to clarify statements made by the GM. Outlets prob started thinking high ankle and the coach squashed those rumors. In short, RW is getting Roddy owners worried about nothing...

Giants coach Tom Coughlin hinted he is comfortable with David Wilson carrying a larger workload in the wake of Andre Brown's left-leg fracture.

Advice

: "You have to do what you have to do in order to win," Coughlin explained. "It is a game of strength and endurance and power and that kind of thing. David is a guy who has outstanding endurance and strength. I'm not aware of what the number (of carries) might be, but I'm sure we'll work that out." Wilson should have no trouble reaching 20-plus touches in Week 1 against the Cowboys. He's also the new favorite for all goal-line work in New York.

Just in case anyone was worried, looks like he will practice next week and be 100% for Game 1.

White still expected to play today...he's 3.5 weeks removed from the high ankle injury. Average recovery time is approx 5 weeks. White should be good to go today.

Scared that if he plays that it might be in a limited role. If he's on the field, especially in this matchup then he has to be in your lineup but as an owner in one league I am a little concerned.

QB: Luck, Stafford

RB: Lynch, L. Miller, Woodhead, K. Davis, C., FJax,

WR: DT, AJ Green, Hilton, Landry(Flex)  R. Matthews, Woods,  Charles Johnson

TE: Kelce,  Clay

DEF: Denver

I don't feel good about it but white has yet to miss a game in his 8 year career. Have to give him the benefit of the doubt until he proves otherwise.
