He actually looked good today. He looked to get more looks than Pat Edwards and if Broyles struggles this year he could have a solid year in deep leagues.

I'm surprised there isn't more talk about him considering how much the Lions throw, megatron and bush demanding a lot of attention from defenses and Broyles being so gimpy he can't be counted on for anything this year.

What's the deal guys?

He's quietly doing work.  Any Detroit fans wanna chime in on his play and potential production for ROS?

Depends on if Broyles can stay healthy and produce. If he can't, then Burleson is a solid PPR WR3 ROS.

Everyone is talking Broyles while I think Edwards is the sneaky play here.

Don't know. I don't know how severe the injury was but as far as I know, a sprained ankle.

Couldn't help but laugh - after spending the last two months trashing Burleson, Rotoworld proclaims it as a "huge blow to the Lions."

So predicable. Crazy that a huge blow could come from someone who shouldn't be expected to "put up this many yards ever again," someone you "you might be able to justify as a WR3 during bye-week crunches," and someone who "can't separate and is declining at age 32."

Either way, I'll be picking up Broyles this week. I think this is time for him to shine.

Par for the course. They spent all offseason hyping Broyles...RW would rather bash Burleson than admit they were wrong and gave bad advice. Luckily for them, Broyles will now get his shot.
