Up late night bored getting my WW claims set for tomorrow and figured I'd have a little fun and go back and look at some old ADP ranks and see what's changed. Fantasyfootballcalculator(best mock draft site IMO) has ADP all the way back to 07. It's real funny to see who some of the top names were compared to who they are now. Figured I would share it with the masses for fun's sake.

2007: 1 QB/Top 25
2012: 5 QBs/Top 25.

Will be interesting to see how the picture looks when extrapolating five years from now, but fantasy certainly is a more diverse game than it used to be.

Crazy to see the names that not only have stuck, but are still actually relevant: Sjax, Manning, Gore, Wayne etc.

Always fun to look at this kind of stuff. Can definitely help you not get too bogged down in ADP.

Good God -- how bad will 2012 Ryan Mathews look five years from now? It's already cringe-worthy.

Edit: Nevermind, I forgot about his pre-season injury knocking him out of the first. He was a first for half of our drafts -- i.e. mine :(

Oh lordy how I miss LT, my favorite player of all time; both fantasy wise and in real life. Owning him in 2006 was pure ecstasy, and that year is when I really started getting into fantasy football.

3 of the top 4 QB's in the 2007 draft were probably 3 of the top 4 in this years draft...

I don't know if this has been covered - but looking at those lists, it's hard not to notice some of the absolute steals by ADP. AP in 2012 comes to mind, as well as Spiller in 2012 and RGIII. Every season has them. Early predictions for ADP steals in 2013? (May be outside the contents of this thread, and some will be obvious - Cameron, Thomas, Gio B. possibly)

Last year, getting Dez at around 40 and Demaryius at right around 60 was gold.
