We have just changed the format for my league from a weekly lineup to daily lineup changes. I am wondering if high risk players should be bumped up in my order based on being able to control the DNP rest games.

For example, Tim Duncan loses value in a weekly league and has dropped to the middle rounds of my prior drafts. Last year he went in the 8th round. Is he a steal in the 6th round this year with the new format?

Same can be said for KG and Pierce who are said to be getting rest on back to back days.

What are your thoughts on draft stock when considering lineup rule?

Additionally, who do are other potential players that might meet this criteria that I should look at?

How many teams?

To me, the difference is negligible. Sure, you can take more risks and play around with your lineup more in a daily league.
