I stand by what I said. It's not Wright's fault they only threw it 21 times despite trailing the whole game. I dropped him though. Like others have said he can't be trusted. He has decent value next year though. If Schiano is gone.

quite the opposite, methinks.

Wright is a Rutgers alum, and case could be made that he wouldn't even be on the team, if it weren't for Schiano ...  see also: Leonard, Brian.

kid (Wright) wasn't even drafted.  without that Rutgers connection, he might be waiting on me at a local Foot Locker.

Have you watched him play? Pretty athletic and has good size. Tough to think that he's a product of just Schiano. Maybe it's the reason he got an opportunity. But he will be in the NFL regardless of Schiano now. Just think about it. Schiano loves to pound the ball. Why would he carry a receiving tight end on his team? Imagine him in an offense like NE or NO.

Bumpy.

Nice outing this week.  Can you trust him for your FF Championship?

at STL this week.

Past 2 weeks:
2/21/1
7/82/1

FWIW:

Wright's stats were buoyed by garbage time, as the 49ers jumped out to an early lead and Mike Glennon's 34 attempts were his single-game high since October. Something of a boom-or-bust streaming tight end option,

Team A 12 Team 1PPR (11-4)
QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, FLEX (RB/WR/TE), TE, K, D/ST

QB:  Ryan Tannehill, Alex Smith
RB:  Eddie Lacy, Reggie Bush, LeVeon Bell, Shane Vereen, Joique Bell
WR:  DeSean Jackson,
Cordarrelle Patterson, Doug Baldwin
TE:  Coby Fleener
K:  Steven Hauschka
D/ST:  Arizona, Detroit, Cleveland

IMO you cant trust this guy ever.  i started him for every bum game and beched him for every great game hes had this year.

He will be one of the guys that i never have on my team again.  Not because i dont think he will be a good NFL tight end, but because im just forever soured on him...
Im Awesome :)
