Brad Smith was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles this week, and has a history of being a return specialist; a depth WR; and a wildcat QB. He was cut by the Bills, and is 30, so his upside is heavily capped, but for the few heavy return yardage leagues out there, he might not be a bad flier option in Chip Kelly's high-paced scheme.
