Colts signed RB/KR Chris Rainey.

A 5'8/180 scatback with track star speed, Rainey appeared in all 16 games for the Steelers last season -- primarily as a kick returner. But after a getting popped on a battery charge, he was immediately released. Rainey had a history of off-field issues going back to his days at Florida.

They have a full stable of mediocre tailbacks.

The ONLY reason to own him is if he happens to run one back.

ala Tavon Austin.

.....................pass.  I already had one Rainey dick me, I don't need another sabotaging my team from inside.

I think he'll just be used for KR. They're kinda stupid to have TY returning kicks.
