I own the rights to Aaron Gordon and have been offered Kawhi Leonard for him. Bank on the sure thing or keep Gordon's upside?

I can't believe someone offered you Kawhi for some random college kid no one has ever heard of. Yeah, I'd take that.

Gordon is a Top-5 prospect so he's not nothing. But yeah, I hear you.

Please note that although I WHIR, the length and quality of my response will be directly proportional to what I receive. Also, if I post that I've made my decision and the question is resolved, I'm under no obligation to respond to any after-the fact links. The same applies to any responses that come more than 2 hours after my original post. Finally, if you post a question and promise to help in return ("WHIR"), and I help you in a timely manner, but you don't actually help me in return by responding to my link, or by responding helpfully to it, I will remember your name, false Internet friend, and the oceans shall run dry and pigs shall rule the skies before I help you again.

Hmm. Deal is now in the form of Aaron Gordon/Jimmy Butler for Kawhi/Willy Cauley-Stein (aKentucky prospect not as highly rated as Gordon). Still pull the trigger? I like Butler a lot despite his injury.

That's a strange dynasty league that lets you draft and own players still in college. My dynasty setups you can only draft them after their rights are owned by an NBA team.

In any case, and to get to the topic, I do like Butler a lot, but I would make the move to get Kawhi, even if the upside of Gordon is a bit higher than Cauley-Stein's.

Yeah it's cool - we drafted 3 college players. I also own Wiggins and PJ Hairston. Any other thoughts about whether I should make the deal?
