There was nothing of consequence in the wind that I saw and my website was weather.com

Bengals defense will score some big points this weekend…I can't see Luck with his current struggles doing anything in freezing wet weather.

If the weather really is bad in Phili are there any R. Bush owners who are worried about him getting benched again based on bad field conditions. We've seen it happen already in Chicago. I'm not saying he can be or should be benched but jsut curious how owners feel.

There seems to be plenty of anguish among Bush owners over his injury status. I doubt the weather will scare any of them, even if it should.

More concerned with weather conditions , muddy , slippery field, and the Calf injury, and Coach's decision to limit Bush in Chicago a couple weeks ago. A shame weather will effect a lot fantasy scoring this critical playoff week....Hoping for a lot of luck this week.

I've been hearing some bad things out of Philly. It could be a rough go for those of us who need big playoff performances from Tron or D. Jax. This is bad timing at it's finest.

Raiders @ Jets: High - 36...Light Snow...Chance of Precipitation 30%

Weather Report from NJ: It's been raining here in NJ since yesterday. We've had unseasonably fair weather this week. The temps are dropping today, and we'll have some more rain tomorrow. After that it is scheduled to be clear until 8pm Sunday (Raiders@Jets is 1PM Sunday) so even if it snows on Sunday it isn't forcast until Sunday night. Of course a lot can change this far out.

Fantasy relevant advice from a NY Jets homer: Plug and Play the Raiders defense.

Skins - Chiefs game has a solid opportunity to be a mess. The field was in bad shape last week and could become a disaster by game time Sunday with the amount type of percipitation expected before and throughout the game.

Another thing to think about in the Phili game is combining the bad weather with the Army/Navy game being played at the Linc on Saturday. The field could be messy with a game being played on it less than 24 hours before the NFL game.

I really think the NFL should think about putting the Eagles on the road the weekend Army/Navy plays there.

I thought conventional wisdom said poor weather typically favors the offense since they know the routes they will be running while defense has to guess and make adjustments on the fly....agree with the person who said this will all lead to over thinking.

QB - Romo, Cam
RB - Lacy, Chris Johnson, R. Matthews, Ivory, Asiata, J. McKinnon, Starks

It's pretty good insight to have, even if it's just for your kickers.

As for overthinking, do we really ever "think too much'. ;)

Yep lol. I'm one of those people. It sucks because the matchup is so good for both players. I'd hate to see weather ruin it.

On any given play, the offensive player gets an advantage because they know where they are going versus where the defender having to react to the guy he's covering. This is important on a slippery field. However, this gets more complicated when we're ALSO talking about cold, wet, snow, and sleet as the Quarterbacks ability to throw the ball at distance is also compromising and player speed is reduced.

IMO, conditions like those expected in the Mid-Atlantic tend to favor the big RBs (like Alfred Morris In WSH). It probably also favors the guys who run the short underneath routes more as well (Burleson, Avant, Celek, Fasano, Charles, etc) over the traditional big play guys (like DeSean). I'd expect Calvin Johnson to be ok based on his high volume of slants and the like as opposed to the deep strikes.

Hopefully that Miami/Pitt game turns into a ground-based slugfest. Sounds like it could be ugly in Pittsburgh.
