What do we like for Pete Caroll 2.0 team?

Blackmon sadly ruined his career likely.

Can Shorts finally be feed according to his talent and stay healthy.

Can Ace Sanders maintain a wr job? Or does he fall into special teams obsurity despite decent performance last year.

Mike brown, will he do something worth me remembering so I have something to write here?

Marqise Lee, is he a stud and a steal a la 2013. Or is he to easily hurt and drop prone a la 2014.

Allen Robinson, can he be the big body receiver? Can he carve a piece out of a seemingly very wide open situation.

This team is a train wreck, what I do like is that they should always be playing from behind (except when playing Houston unfortunately).  I will definitely try to get my hands on Shorts and Lee this year.  Lee should be able to be safely snagged in the 17th round.

OurLads currently has Lee behind Shorts and Robinson behind Sanders.  If that's the case I expect that Robinson would have a bigger year than Lee, but I'm not certain I completely believe this just yet.  It may very well be true though.

I don't think the NFL is met for Sanders and Mike Brown should never be on anyone's FF team unless they are his relative.
2014 represents the year I go back to back champion for the first time in my FF career.

Two rookie WRs, a rookie QB, and a white RB at the top of the depth chart? Thanks, but I'll pass.

You have to like that Bradley got production from this mess the second half of last season. Still, is there really anyone you want to target from the Jags in 2014? It should be a run first team so Gerhart has some (late) appeal. Shorts' limitations were exposed last season and there is now just enough skill at WR that EVERYONE is a WR4-. Pass.

That's just pretty ignorant right there in more ways than one.  You probably don't even know anything about Toby Gerhart's collegiate career and only see a white guy.  That's your loss.  I hope more people think like you though and I can snag this guy late in the 5th.

When Cecil Shorts isn't hurt he plays pretty darn good.  Check out what he did in 2012.  Dude can play football and if this team is playing from behind he can be a real threat.  I see him at something like 80/1100/6 which will completely blow away the other guys being drafted around him.

Jags weren't exactly working with good QB or protection in 2012 either. Actually was rookie gabbert.

2014 the weakness is still O line and QB

He's a pedestrian talent.  He'll do ok given volume but he's not a dynamic talent by any means.

You're basing that on what?  I think by your comments you have never seen him play ball at Stanford and don't see anything more than a white guy.  I don't feel like you know what you're talking about at all.

The guy is built like a brick at 6' 230 pounds.  Runs a 4.5.  Can't be tackled by the first defender, and was a 2nd round pick for a reason.  His biggest negative is he was drafted by a team that had the best RB of the last 10 years dead in front of him who has missed relatively little time.  Pedestrian talent he is far from.

Stanford has had some big boy talent make it to the pros.  Here is a list of some of Toby G's accomplishments while there.  The one I liked the most was when he set the school record for most rushing yards in a season, then the next year he beat that by an additional 700 yards.

Thanks I needed that.

I hope the hate makes him cheap. Talented or not starting rb is starting rb and low price is low price.

Hate on haters. Hate on

Agreed. I think Toby is a below average talent. But I like him as a sleeper due to opportunity alone

I remember when bilal powell was crowned as the next Curtis Martin on these boards after his 27 carry 149 yards performance in week 3. Good times...

Just like in fantasy basketball, minutes can equal production.  As I stated above, he will do ok because he will get snaps.  He's an average RB.  Plain and simple.

You mean that sport where 250 lb forwards hurl themselves to the ground and cry to the refs when a 180 lb pg gently brushes by them?

Not even Suh can lay out a unsuspecting QB that bad

People assume he can't run.

Montee Ball who is everyone loves, is 214 and ran a 4.66. (http://www.nfl.com/c...ball?id=2539341)
Gerhart is 230 and ran a 4.53.  So 16 pounds heavier than Montee ball and still faster.

Le'Veon Bell is 230 and ran a 4.6.
Zac Stacy is 218 and ran a 4.55.

What we think of the receivers?

Besides shorts who does what
Does sanders still see meaningful snaps to be a tavon Austin light ( get it light, because bith men do not weigh a lot and are thus light in weight)

Lee? Stud that slipped or just not healthy.

Robinson....biggest of the group. Does his size make him matter?
